1. Permitted Uses & Prohibitions (User kya kar sakta hai aur kya nahi)

Users are permitted to upload and organize personal files, billing records, credential keys, and notes securely. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading illegal documents, malware, phishing sheets, stolen credentials, or copyrighted files without proper authorization. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our platform or automate scraping API triggers is completely forbidden.

2. Suspension & Ban Policy (Account suspend/ban karne ka right)

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or ban your access to DocPin immediately if we detect terms violations, fraudulent billing practices, server abuse, illegal content uploads, or heavy high-frequency automated scraping traffic that degrades service speed for other users.

3. Limitation of Liability (Liability Limitation on Data Loss)

DocPin applies continuous system safeguards to preserve your storage vaults. However, in the event of hardware failures, server downtime, or unanticipated technical errors resulting in data unavailability, DocPin's total financial and operational liability is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you for our subscription service. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or accidental losses due to forgotten PINs or lost device access codes.

4. Subscription Billing & Pricing Rules (Subscription Rules)

We reserve the right to alter subscription models, storage capacities, pricing structures, and subscription rates at any time. Any revisions to the prices of active premium plans will be communicated directly onto the user platform with appropriate prior notification. Under standard retention constraints: If your paid subscription expires and is not renewed, your stored extra documents stored under the paid plan (exceeding the standard 3 free documents limit) will be locked — you will be unable to view or download them. These documents are never deleted; they simply remain securely locked in offline custody. To regain active access to these documents, you must renew your subscription or select a new standard plan. The 3 documents allowed under the standard Free plan will always remain fully accessible, independent of your active subscription status.

5. Intellectual Property Rights (Intellectual Property)

All proprietary codes, user interface styles, responsive graphic designs, illustrations, brand trademarks, and database systems are the exclusive intellectual property of DocPin. Copying, distributing, or republishing our assets without prior consent is legally prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction & Legal Governance (Dispute Resolution)

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and resolved exclusively in accordance with, the regional civic courts of India (New Delhi). Any legal disputes or compliance checks arising from website usage fall strictly under this Indian jurisdiction.

7. Service and Account Termination & Data Deletion Rules

You retain the complete freedom to terminate your service and permanently wipe out your files by initiating account deletion within your Profile menu parameters. Unmaintained, inactive free profiles may also be cleared by our automatic system cleanup routines after prolonged periods of zero login activity.

Upon any user-initiated deletion (whether at the file-level or account-level), the data is permanently and irreversibly destroyed. DocPin does not warrant, guarantee, or represent that deleted data can be restored under any circumstances, and shall have no liability whatsoever for data lost or destroyed due to user-initiated deletions.
